How to Apply Fresh Passport Form

  1. First go to http://passportindia.gov.in
  2. Click On New User
  3. Fill Your Details :
    • Your passport seva kendra
    • your name ,date of birth ,Email ID ,Login ID ,password ,
    • Enter captcha and click on "Register" button
  4. Enter your login id and password
  5. Fill your personal details -
    • Family Details
    • Present Residential Address(If your present and  permanent address different so mention your permanent address also)
    • Enter Emergency Contact -any one family member name and phone number
  6. Enter Identity Certificate and Passport Details If you have ever applied for passport but not receive
    • If you have any Diplomatic/Official Passport
    • If you hold any identity certificate
  7. Submit Your Form -Before submit form verified your all details (After form submission no editing allowed) so before form submit check all details carefully
  8. Choose your Passport seva kendra and click on pay and schedule appointment
  9. After payment print your appointment slip
